Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the customer is not happy with the product, we will provide a shipping slip for the return and either provide a full refund or send you a new order of a specific flavor if there is one that you liked more than others, whichever the customer prefers.
If a customer disputes a purchase for a chargeback rather than requesting a refund from us directly, we are not responsible for issuing a refund once a chargeback dispute is filed.
