I also liked the fact that you were able to retain some softness in texture. Most Jerky products often are too tough, and harsh on the teeth. These were exceptional.

Have questions?

Each resealable bag has 2oz of jerky which is two servings. Each bag has 9g of fiber and 6g of protein. Mushroom jerky is also not as dense as beef jerky so we can fit a lot more pieces into a 2oz bag.

We use King Oyster Mushrooms which are grown indoors on logs.  We do not use any chemicals or synthetic fertilizers when growing the mushrooms.

We do our best to ship most orders on the next business day and then it takes 3-5 business days to be delivered.
