Our mushroom chips begin with carefully selected fresh mushrooms that are sorted, washed, and trimmed to ensure consistent quality and texture. The mushrooms are then sliced (shiitake mushroom) and blanched to preserve color, flavor, and freshness before being soaked in a proprietary seasoning solution to enhance taste.
Next, the mushrooms are rapidly frozen to help maintain their natural structure and moisture balance before entering the vacuum cooking process. Using low-temperature vacuum cooking technology, the mushrooms are gently cooked under reduced pressure, allowing them to become light and crispy while absorbing less oil than traditional frying methods.
After vacuum cooking, the chips are cooled and lightly seasoned before undergoing quality inspection, including metal detection and final product screening. The finished chips are then packaged to preserve freshness, flavor, and crunch in every bag.
This process helps create a crispy, flavorful mushroom snack with a lighter texture, rich umami taste, and better-for-you profile.
Each resealable bag has 1.41 oz of chips which is two servings. Each bag has 9g of fiber.
We use freshly harvested Shiitake Mushrooms which are grown indoors on logs. We do not use any chemicals or synthetic fertilizers when growing the mushrooms.
