- JUST Folded Egg (or real eggs)

They say it's the most important meal of the day, so fuel yourself with a high-protein, fiber-rich breakfast.
1. Lightly grease a stovetop pan, heated on medium. Cook 2 eggs into a foldable shape or heat up a JUST folded egg.
2. Cook plant-based or regular sausage patty in the same pan.
3. Toast the English muffin on the pan or in a toaster.
4. Assemble the sandwich -- muffin base, sausage, folded egg, cheese slice and Moku pieces. Put the sandwich on the pan to finish heating the cheese or microwave to completion.
